Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon
  • Powdered Ginger – ½ teaspoon

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon

Instruction

  • Take a small saucepan and place the milk in it. Heat it on low temperature until it hot but not boiled. Now, mixing the ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp of ginger powder and 1 tbsp honey in it, and mix well. Drink this tea for sore throat relief.
  • Another Option, you can place all ingredients in a cup, and put it in the microwave. Start microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. When it became hot, stop it and sip this tea.
